We’re celebrating something truly special this coming week!

Rachell, our Blue Springs Site Manager, has officially completed her Bachelor’s Degree. She put her education on hold years ago to raise her family, and over the last couple of years she returned to school, moved into a Site Manager role, and continued leveling up her career... all while working full-time!

That level of commitment says everything. She earned this achievement through discipline, grit, and follow-through.

Congratulations, Rachell. You did this your way, and we’re incredibly proud of you. You deserve every bit of recognition coming your direction. 🎓✨
