We're kicking off our CNA Week celebrations in the coziest way possible—PAJAMA DAY! 💤☕

Our amazing CNAs work tirelessly every day to provide compassionate care, comfort, and support to our residents. Today, we encouraged everyone to wear their favorite pajamas and start the day right!

To show our appreciation, our management team arrived bright and early at 5:30 AM to serve up a delicious pancake bar complete with all the toppings. 🥞🍓🍫 Nothing says "thank you" quite like a warm breakfast made with gratitude!

We are so thankful for each and every CNA who makes Montgomery Place feel like home. Your dedication, kindness, and hard work do not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do for our residents, families, and team every single day.

Summer went out and picked up popsicles for residents and staff to help beat the heat and bring a few extra smiles to the day. Her thoughtfulness and kindness never go unnoticed.

At Montgomery Place today, residents shared stories about what they used to do for a living, and we quickly realized we are surrounded by talent from every trade imaginable. From hardworking laborers and skilled craftsmen to caregivers, teachers, and beyond, each resident has a story filled with dedication, experience, and purpose.

Listening to their memories reminded us that every person here helped build, teach, serve, and shape the communities around them. What an honor it is to learn from their journeys and celebrate the lives they continue to inspire every day.

Montgomery Place is proud to commit to helping AWOL with their can collection program to continue supporting the care of cats and dogs in our community. 🐾 A.W.O.L. Humane Society

AWOL shared that with the help of community donations, their can collection efforts raise approximately $10,000 each year! These funds help keep their doors open, allowing them to continue providing care, shelter, and love to animals in need.

Our team at Montgomery Place has partnered with AWOL to help collect cans and take them to be sorted so this amazing program can continue to grow. This morning was filled with teamwork, serious laughs, a couple funny smells, and so much bonding along the way. ❤️

We are grateful for the opportunity to support such a caring organization and encourage our community to save those cans and help make a difference one bag at a time!

Fresh flavors, sweet treats, and even sweeter memories! Montgomery Place held our very own farmers market today where staff and residents gathered after lunch to shop delicious homemade goodies. At Montgomery Place, our residents pulled on their gloves and got to work today! Instead of playing in real dirt during our Moments in Bloom celebration, we dug into something a little sweeter… dirt cake! 🌼🍫

From crushing cookies to adding all the delicious layers, the smiles were blooming just as much as the treats. Sometimes the best kind of gardening comes with gummy worms and whipped cream! What a fun and tasty way to celebrate these Moments in Bloom together.

In preparation for “Moments in Bloom,” Montgomery Place had the privilege of welcoming two young gentlemen who volunteered their time to clean out our flower beds. Their hard work created the perfect opportunity for our residents to come together and make flower bombs as part of our celebration.

Not every beautiful thing comes with instant gratification, and that is exactly the spirit behind our Moments in Bloom theme — planting seeds, nurturing growth, and enjoying the journey together.

Of course, we couldn’t resist adding a little instant bloom to our day as well! Our residents created beautiful coffee filter flowers that now brighten and decorate our building with color, creativity, and smiles. 🌸

Moments in Bloom is the theme for this year’s National Nursing Home Week! Today we took a little trip without ever leaving home and transported ourselves to a cozy diner in Paris with the beautiful Eiffel Tower standing tall in the background. Shane helped our group capture the moment with a fun SIP & Paint experience filled with creativity, laughter, and memories in the making. Montgomery Place staff and residents were truly honored to celebrate Trevor Pendergraft and Beth Walker as they prepare to welcome two new additions to their family one sweet baby girl and one little mystery! 💕👶
