Zenith Rehabilitation We are a locally owned pediatric clinic, offering physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.

The only outpatient clinic in the Independence area that offers all three services!! We accept most insurance and that includes Medicaid.

The AC in the building is out, and we will be closed today. We were told it should be fixed by next week, and they are here working on it now. You should have received a phone call notifying you of your appointment being canceled.

We will unfortunately be closing at 2 pm today due to the heat. You should be receiving a phone call notifying you of your appointment cancelation.

Unfortunately, there is NO air running in our building so we are closing at 1 pm. You should be getting a phone call regarding canceling your appointment.

We are so sorry this has not been resolved and are trying to find out from the building owners how much longer it might be. Thank you for your patience!!

Unfortunately, we will be closing early again today, you should be getting a phone call to confirm the cancelation of your appointment. The building owners report still waiting on parts to fix the AC. Hopefully, it will be soon!!
