I deal with insomnia - it’s not a midwifery side effect, but a ME thing. So many people suffer and this tool has helped me get my mind in a better place. Putting on the mask, it starts to flash lights. You close your eyes and it almost ‘paints’ a show behind your eyelids. Helps my mind focus, quiet and slow down. It’s been so helpful.

For centuries, midwives have carried forward sacred wisdom about birth, healing, and motherhood. St. Brigid, the patron saint of midwifery, reminds us that this lineage is both ancient and alive-and YOUR story is part of it.

We're curious: what spiritual belief, cultural tradition, or family practice has shaped how you think about birth and becoming a parent? Maybe it's something passed down through generations, a ritual that feels sacred to you, or a value that guides your choices.

Share in the comments below. We'd love to hear what birth means to you and your family. 💚

Even the most thoughtful eaters can have hidden nutritional gaps during pregnancy-and they matter more than you might think.

Here are five micronutrients we screen for at every visit:

🧠 Choline - essential for your baby's brain and memory development
⚡ Iron - low levels = fatigue, brain fog, and slower fetal growth
☀️ Vitamin D - affects bone health, immunity, and mood
🧂 Iodine - critical for thyroid function and cognitive development
🥛 Calcium - supports your bones and baby's skeletal growth

You might not notice symptoms until they're advanced. That's why we test, not guess.

Which of these have you heard about? Which one surprised you most? Drop a comment-let's talk about what your body needs right now.

Ready to get screened? We offer free consultations to answer your questions and build your personalized care plan.

Your partner isn't just there to hold your hand-they're an active architect of your birth experience, from the first contraction to the first skin-to-skin moment.

We've walked hundreds of families through labor, and the partners who step into a defined role-comfort guide, advocate, steady witness-change the entire dynamic. They help you progress. They translate your needs. They reflect your strength back to you when it matters most.

So here's our question: What role resonates most with you and your partner? Are you the comfort architect, the steady anchor, or something else entirely? Drop your thoughts in the comments-we'd love to hear how you're envisioning partnership in your birth.

We designed this trimester-by-trimester movement guide because pregnancy isn't one-size-fits-all-and neither is fitness during those nine months.

First trimester: You're building awareness of what your changing body needs.

Second trimester: You're adapting as your center of gravity shifts and your energy returns.

Third trimester: You're focusing on preparation, rest, and listening deeply to what feels safe.

But here's the real question: What movement made YOU feel strongest in your trimester? What surprised you about what your body actually wanted-not what you thought it *should* do?

We'd love to hear it. Drop your experience in the comments and let's build this conversation together. Because when you move with your body instead of against it, that's when the magic happens.

If you're looking for personalized guidance on movement, nutrition, and birth preparation, we're here. Free consultations available-reach out anytime.

Your third trimester emotions aren't a sign something's wrong - they're a sign something's happening. Your nervous system is gearing up, and that intensity? It's real, it's valid, and you're not alone in it.

We've walked through these final weeks with hundreds of families, and we know: naming what you're feeling changes everything. It moves you from 'Am I okay?' to 'This is what's happening, and here's what I do with it.'

So tell us - what's one emotion you're sitting with right now? Drop it in the comments. Let's normalize this together. 💙
