Our man, Brian, killed it last month getting his first W with 👊 We had a total blast getting to work with him in the lead up… This guys dedication to the sport is 10/10 - driving an hour and a half one way to our sessions twice a week.

“I was dealing with major shoulder
issues from a prior separated AC joint and my hip from just years of bad lifting and then Jiu-Jitsu and MMA on top of that. I’d always look up videos for things to do and could never really pinpoint the actual issue. After years of dealing with these issues I got in contact with PerformX and it has been the greatest help.”

The first time we met Sabina, she was rightfully skeptical. With 6 shoulder dislocations under her belt and having seen many of the top physical therapists across the UK, she’s no certainly no stranger to PT.

We had been working virtually with one of her S&C clients and she decided to hop on the call. A month ago she joined the Performx community and we honestly couldn’t be more excited with her results.

She’s back to doing what she loves - planning an epic climb next year 🧗‍♀️, nearly rolling full strength in BJJ 🥋 & we’ve only just gotten started 🔥

Getting to work with people like Sabina is why we do this 👊

Raise your hand if you’ve ever tried explaining to a doctor that you got injured rolling onto your neck & their response was to just stop doing that? 🙋‍♂️🙄

We exist to serve a group of people that typically fall through the cracks when it comes rehabbing injuries and getting back onto the mats.

As a collegiate national runner up in wrestling and a lover of BJJ, our head PT, Dalton, not only understands the different positions (and their corresponding injuries), but also the major importance this sport plays in mental health and well-being. 🧠

We’ve had a blast getting to work with Kale over past few months, one our virtual patients based out of London! Paramedic by day & tearing it up on the mats at night 🚑🌙

Honored to have gotten to take part in this fantastic fundraiser last weekend for !

With a background in wrestling and BJJ 🥋, we couldn’t be more excited to integrate into this community. Plus it was fantastic to get to meet some of the best coaches & gym owners in the region 👊

Our donation-based pop-up table was BUSY, which we couldn’t have been happier about. Getting to help keep these athletes on the mats as well as we’re able to raise a little money to donate was the whole reason we came 🔥
