It’s been a great summer at our Town of Indian Lake beaches. Thank you to our team of 6 guards this season. Today is the last day the Chain Lakes Beach is open. These three held down the beach today despite the cloudy and cool temps today.

A message from American Legion Post 1392:
This morning while doing bottles and cans we found 6 bags of bottles mixed with garbage in our bottle & cans shed!
You can NOT leave your bottle & cans at the Legion Hall, especially your garbage. You must take them to the Transfer Station on Chain Lakes Road. The ONLY thing you should bring for the Legion is your RETURNABLES.
Returnables are anything glass, plastic, or aluminum that have a NYS deposit on them.
Recyclables are anything glass, plastic, or aluminum that DO NOT have a NYS deposit on them.
We appreciate everyone that donates to the legion but please put your garbage in separate bags!!!
