We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon creating pine cone bird feeders, combining creativity with a love for nature. After crafting their feeders, everyone headed outdoors to hang them throughout our courtyard, creating inviting spaces for birds to visit.

Caregivers spend so much of their time caring for others—it was an honor to spend the day caring for them. 💜

Somerby Edgewater was proud to co-host a wonderful Caregiver Renewal Day alongside The Frankie Mae Foundation, Gladys Love Project , Love, and the Alzheimer's Association® ’of SC chapter.

The day was filled with education, valuable resources, mindfulness, meditation, a relaxing sound bath, DIY sugar scrubs, a mindful lunch, and plenty of laughter and meaningful conversations. Most importantly, caregivers had the opportunity to connect, build new friendships, and be reminded that they are not alone on their journey.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event so special and to the incredible caregivers who inspire us every day.

There’s something special about an afternoon that brings everyone together.

Our team came together to create a relaxing Manicures & Mocktails experience filled with laughter, conversation, and a little well-deserved pampering. Residents enjoyed refreshing mocktails while being treated to fresh manicures, but the best part was the time spent together—sharing stories, catching up with friends, and making one another smile.

Thank you to our incredible associates for creating moments that remind us it's often the simplest gestures that make the biggest impact.

Good conversation, favorite drinks, and plenty of smiles—that's what Sip & Smile is all about. 💜 We enjoyed a relaxing time together, sharing stories, laughter, and meaningful moments with friends. It's always wonderful to see connection happen over something as simple as sitting down for a summer drink together.

A full house is always a great sign! 💪 We came together for another wonderful Fox Therapy session, focusing on movement, strength, balance, and wellness. The energy in the room was contagious, and the laughter made the workout even better!

We enjoyed creating this patriotic dessert together, carefully placing every strawberry and blueberry to bring the design to life. Sometimes the sweetest part isn't the dessert—it's making it together. ❤️🤍💙

Our July 4th Happy Hour at Somerby Edgewater was the perfect way to celebrate America's 250th anniversary! Residents enjoyed great conversation, festive refreshments, patriotic treats, and plenty of laughter while raising a glass to the red, white, and blue.
