Yoga on the Beach Beach-loving group meets every Tue/Th at 6 PM & Sat 9 AM for a 75 min class on the sand. Summer hours are NOW!

Beach-loving group meets every Tues/Thur at 6 PM & Sat 9 AM for a 75 min class on the sand at 22nd Ave North on Indian Rocks Beach in the dunes. Please join us for our seaside practice! $10 class.

There’s donation parking at Chirch of the Isles on 24th or Calgary on 17th or street parking on side streets - make sure you check out the signs!!

Come bask in the breeze at 6pm this evening at 22nd Ave Indian Rocks Beach.
To avoid parking fees park at Calvary Church or Church of the Isles for a donation.

Only 2 more weeks of 6pm yoga.
Nov 1st is Daylight Savings and we switch to 5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturday morning yoga stays at 9am.
