One of the tenets of the Kripalu Yoga tradition is “Riding the Wave”. It teaches us how to Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, and Allow during a yoga pose so we become firmly grounded in the present moment. How can we then translate those skills to be able to do that when we are confronted with the myriad of challenging emotions in our lives? We will discuss how we can use these skills we gained ‘on the mat’ to dissolve deeply embedded ‘samskaras’ or mental habits. By applying these yoga skills to our emotional world, we are actually doing ‘inner yoga’. Breathing, Relaxing, Feeling, Watching through difficult moments of life- Allows the mystery to heal us.

So excited to share this information with you. Having a sense of purpose in life is so important. Learning how to hone that purpose into service to others and as a vehicle for self growth is taking it to the next level. We will be learning meditations to get in touch with our inner voice that knows our next step in the journey.
