First responders sound therapy & breathwork session this morning.
It makes me so happy to see clients who may have never attended a sound therapy session before come in with an open mind and experience the benefits for themselves. During our session, we discussed the importance of finding healthy, positive outlets, especially when dealing with emotional distress. What we continually suppress or carry without processing can often show up as physical, emotional, and mental symptoms over time.
Having this session during Men’s Mental Health Month aligned perfectly.
