If your child/adolescent has had contact with a confirmed patient with Novel Coronavirus or a person under investigation for Novel Coronavirus within the last 14 days, please make an appointment for our Virtual Care services to be evaluated. If your child/adolescent is having difficulty breathing, please proceed to the nearest emergency room and/or call 911.

🚨 Important Notice Regarding Sports Physicals 🚨

It has come to our attention that this flyer is circulating advertising “Free Sports Physicals” at Children Express Care Clinic. This flyer was NOT created, approved, or distributed by Children Express Care Clinic.

To clarify, we offered FREE sports physicals during the month of April only, and this promotion was available exclusively at our CAFE location. Many surrounding schools athletic departments were notified of this.

At this time, sports physicals are available at BOTH of our clinic locations for a fee of $40.

We apologize for any confusion this unauthorized flyer may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have questions about our services, pricing, or locations, please contact our office directly.
