At Milestone, we’ve always believed that great outcomes start with great people.

That’s why we’re excited to officially welcome Maddie Lawrence, DPT to our South Indy team!

Many of you may already know Maddie from her final clinical rotation at Milestone while completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Indiana Wesleyan University. From day one, she embodied the values we look for—humility, positivity, servant leadership, and a genuine passion for helping people get back to doing what they love.

As a former collegiate basketball player at IWU, Maddie also brings a competitive background that makes her a natural fit for the athletes we serve while maintaining a heart for helping patients from all walks of life.

One of the coolest parts of this moment is that Maddie was able to celebrate this milestone alongside “Dr. P” (Priya as we know her) who serves on the faculty in Indiana Wesleyan’s DPT program while also caring for patients at our Fishers location. It’s special to see the impact of mentorship come full circle.

These two guys really showed dedication after their ACL repairs. Getting the early ACL rehab right is super important, but the fun part comes when they’re ready to push themselves. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan for everyone. You’ve got to trust your experience, use tried-and-true techniques, and be creative to make sure they get back to their full activity safely.
