That's right—no cost to you. Your health plan covers rides to and from counseling, doctor visits, and other medical appointments.

Ready to schedule your ride? Call your health plan's transportation broker at least 48 hours before your appointment. Have your Medicaid member ID ready when you call.

Community Outreach Network Services is happy to announce that we have received a grant from IndyGo Foundation ! With this bus fare grant we can continue to support our community by removing financial barriers in regards to transportaion for individuals reentering our community in Marion county. This will assist individuals who struggle with Mental health and addiction gain access to needed services for support, employment and medical needs. We at C.O.N.S. Would like to say Thank You to the INDYGO Foundation for their support and dedication to the community we serve!
