Friday Forensics…but today focusing on slides. Ah yes, a vestige of my past years as a surgical pathologist. If I had infinite time and a bevy of willing helpers, I’d write a forensic histopathology book/manual. You don’t really look at these slides in the same way you do for surgical path. A single plasma cell can send a surgical pathologist into a tizzy, but not quite the same for us that have moved into the darkened halls of Death Microscopy.
