Join Zach Dirr and the team at Elite Performance for the Youth Summer Lift, an 8-week strength and conditioning program designed specifically for youth ages 12β17 who want to develop a strong foundation in weightlifting, athletic performance, and overall fitness.
Held at Elite Performance for Movement and Wellbeing, this program provides a safe, supportive, and motivating environment where young athletes and beginners can learn proper training techniques while building confidence and developing lifelong healthy habits.
