If breathing alone doesn't cut through it, try tapping.

Gently tap the side of your hand while you say, out loud or in your head, "Even though I feel this, I'm safe right now." Repeat it a few times, then notice if the intensity dropped even slightly.

It sounds too simple to work. Most of our clients say that right up until it does.

Your body can't always tell the difference between a real threat and an email that gave you a bad feeling.

Anxiety is your alarm system doing its job a little too well, sounding for a deadline the same way it would for a car swerving into your lane.

The goal isn't to shut the alarm off. It's to teach it what actually deserves the response.

Next time your chest gets tight before a hard conversation, try this: breathe in through your nose for a count of 4, then exhale slowly for a count of 8.

The longer exhale tells your nervous system the danger has passed, even before your mind catches up.

Takes less than a minute. Works in a parking lot, a hallway, a bathroom stall before a meeting.

Anxiety doesn't always show up as panic. Sometimes it's just replaying the same conversation in your head at 2am, sure you said the wrong thing.

That's not a personality flaw. It's a pattern your mind learned, usually from one moment that got filed away as dangerous when it wasn't.

Patterns that got learned can get unlearned.

“What Happens When You Stop Playing Not To Lose.”

Let me tell you a quick story about a guy named Mike.

Mike had a big opportunity sitting in front of him at work. He had a good idea, the experience to back it up, and a real chance to make an impact.

But instead of moving, his head filled with worry. “What if I screw this up? What if they don't like the idea? What if I make the wrong call?”

So he gathered more information. Reworked the proposal. Waited for the right moment.

Three weeks later, someone else presented a very similar idea and the company ran with it.

Mike sat there thinking... “Damn. I knew we should do that.”
Nothing was wrong with Mike's capacity, but something was getting in the way of using it.

Now imagine the same Mike...

But this time, he goes through the three stages of THE RESET.

Stage 1: Reset the Belief

Mike starts by recognizing what's underneath his hesitation:

“I have to get this right before I can move.”

He realizes that isn't a fact. It's a subconscious belief that’s sitting in his brain like a set parking brake.

So he shifts it:

“I don't have to get this perfect to make a valuable contribution. I just need to act with courage.”

Suddenly, the opportunity looks different. He's not trying to prove himself anymore. Instead, Mike is looking for a way to contribute.

Stage 2: Reset the Response

The next time doubt shows up, Mike doesn't automatically obey it. He chooses to trust himself and sees his actions as opportunities to get feedback he can use to reach larger goals faster.

If someone challenges his idea in the meeting, he stays curious instead of getting defensive or retreating.

"That's a good question. Let's look at that."

His confidence isn't coming from knowing he'll be right. It's coming from trusting himself to handle whatever happens.

Stage 3: Reset the Movement

Now Mike moves with boldness because money loves speed. He brings the idea forward, has the conversation, gets feedback, makes adjustments, and follows through!

He stops waiting to feel ready before taking action.

The belief changes.
The response changes.
And then the behavior changes.

Same Mike.

Same intelligence, experience, and opportunity, but with a more exciting result because he’s planting those “prosperity seeds” as fast as they show up.

Different result.

This time, the idea gets approved, Mike contributes something meaningful, and instead of walking away wondering what might have happened...

He's walking away knowing he took his shot.

That's THE RESET.

Not becoming a ‘better’ person, but removing what's been getting in the way of the person you already are.

STUCK → STEADY → MOVING.

And here's the brutal truth:
You've got 4 months left in 2026.

Four months to stop waiting and to make bold moves.

Four months to finally follow through on some of the actions you've been thinking about, talking about, or putting off.
Imagine what you could accomplish by going through these three stages.

Let's find out.

THE RESET gives you all three:

The Awakening 2.0

1. Reset the belief.
2. Unshakeable Confidence
Reset the response.
3. The Momentum Blueprint
Reset the movement.

You get all three for $297 during the launch, which ends Monday night.

START THE RESET → (enrollment link in Comments)

The launch ends tomorrow night at 11:59 PM ET.

Maybe you don't need more motivation, or even another strategy. Perhaps you just need to remove what's been getting in the way.

Let's see what's possible with four months still on the clock.

“Why You Can Know What To Do & Not Follow Through”

In my last post, I spoke about the hidden parking brake set in people’s brains. That invisible block that holds you back no matter how hard you press the gas.

I’ve spent a long time trying to understand what actually creates those mental barriers to success, so that we can bust through them.

Because here’s what never made sense to me:

Why can two people have roughly the same intelligence, talent, ambition, and opportunity…yet one keeps moving forward while the other keeps getting knocked off course?

One person keeps taking action, while the other remains frozen.

What’s causing that?

Well, I’ve had a front-row seat to this question for nearly four decades and have found a clear answer.

Since I was 18, I’ve had thousands of conversations with people about what’s really going on in their lives.

Not the polished version.
The real version.

The private fears.
The regrets.
The disappointments.

The thoughts and experiences they don’t share with their friends. Beliefs they’ve carried for years without ever questioning them.

And I’ve observed what happens when those beliefs finally improve.

There were numerous instances where someone who was terrified of failing suddenly became willing to try…and then succeeded.

I’ve watched someone who had spent years blaming themselves finally see their situation through a completely different lens, and switch from fear to fearless.

I’ve witnessed people who constantly second-guessed themselves start making decisions with confidence and clarity they’d never felt before.

And I’ve noticed something else that held before each breakthrough occurred.

The biggest changes don’t start with what someone does. They start with what that individual believes about themselves while they’re doing it.

That’s an important distinction because you can know exactly what you should do and still not do it.

You can have a great opportunity and still find a reason to hesitate.

You can set a goal you’re genuinely excited about and somehow lose interest a week later.

You can even accomplish something you’ve wanted for years and immediately start worrying about losing it.

I’ve done all of those things myself in the past, and for a long time, I thought the answer was to become more disciplined.

“Work harder. Push through. Get motivated. Be more positive.”

But the more I learned about the unconscious mind, the more I realized:

You can spend years trying to change your behavior while leaving the system underneath it completely untouched —> this is the invisible block.

That’s where blind spots become so important.

You can’t see a blind spot by looking harder at the same thing. Plus, the majority of beliefs driving your behavior were never consciously chosen by you.

They formed through experiences, relationships, successes, failures, expectations,, and how we learned to make sense of the world.

Many were also the beliefs of your parents and caregivers that were unconsciously downloaded into your nervous system as a child.

Some of those beliefs might serve you well in life. Others might be the single most important reason why you may not be achieving what you desire, or feeling the way you most want to.

Unless you know how to find these limiting unconscious beliefs, you can spend years wondering why you’re working so hard without getting the results you expected.

This is one of the biggest differences I’ve seen between people who are constantly trying to get themselves motivated…and those who have developed internal stability, confidence, and momentum.

The latter aren’t necessarily more motivated. They’ve just learned how to remove what’s interfering.

They can stay grounded when circumstances get messy and keep taking the next step without needing to feel inspired first.

That’s what I mean when I talk about moving from playing not to lose to playing to win.

When you’re playing not to lose, you’re constantly trying to prevent something “bad” from happening.

When you’re playing to win, you’re focused on taking whatever shows up and using it to your advantage!
Same person. Same goals. Very different outcomes.

And that’s why I created The RESET.

It’s one clear path that removes blocks and optimizes mental programming during the experiences…rather than giving you more information that you have to apply on your own later.

First, The Awakening helps you identify and UPGRADE the unconscious beliefs that are most definitely creating friction.

Then Unshakeable Confidence helps install the certainty to trust yourself when life doesn’t go according to plan.

And finally, The Momentum Blueprint helps you turn that internal shift into consistent action.

STUCK → STEADY → MOVING

Not more data or To-Do lists to add when we are already overwhelmed by information and tasks.

This program finds what’s getting in the way and REMOVES IT- which has been a game-changer for countless people who once felt stuck.

For Labor Day, I’ve put all three programs together for $297.

The combined value is $1,000, and you’ll have 30 days to go through the experience and decide whether it’s right for you with my Safety Net Guarantee.

SEE WHAT’S INSIDE THE RESET (link in the Comments)

If you’ve spent a lot of time wondering, “Why am I stuck? I should be farther along by now.”

Maybe it’s time to take a completely different approach.

Instead of focusing on what you’re doing wrong, shift to removing whatever’s getting in the way.
