Every step forward is worth celebrating. 💙

Larry came to Churchman Care Center as his health was declining, facing difficulty breathing, challenges with mobility, and frequent falls.

Through dedication in therapy and support from our care team, Larry has made meaningful progress in his mobility and balance. While he occasionally uses a cane, he relies on it far less than when he first arrived.

His journey forward reflects the power of perseverance, rehabilitation, and the confidence that comes with reaching new milestones.

When Sheila came to Churchman Care Center, she was facing multiple health challenges that affected her mobility and independence.

With the support of our therapy team and her own determination, Sheila achieved remarkable progress, transitioning from using a wheelchair and being unable to walk to walking independently and with a rolling walker.

Her journey highlights the life-changing impact of rehabilitation, personalized care, and a commitment to reaching new goals every day.
