If you feel called to meditation and sound baths, then this may be something you would enjoy. We have two sessions that give you more options for you to fit in your schedule! We have space for 6 people per session so space is limited.

I fill my space with intention. I am often told how my space is so beautiful and interesting. It is because I select things that bring me joy. Things that raise the energetic level of my space. I have been on a spiritual journey from my time as a child to even now. I have been meditating for 20 years + and been collecting pieces of my spiritual journey even longer. I believe all of this is why when people who are felt called to me and my practice come to me and feel comfort and safety in my space.

I have 10 years experience and knowledge in massage therapy and longer in energy and Reiki services. Come feel relax on my state of the art massage table as we design a treatment plan that supports you in the best way of your needs and wants.

We can't believe that our 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY is coming up already! We want you to save the date-- Friday, May 15th-- because we are hosting a birthday party for Indy Type Shop!

We are opening up early (10:00 AM) if you want to stop in to say hi and shop at our sidewalk sale (more to come later). We have new (old) books in store!

Then we're hosting a party at 5:00 PM. We'll tease some details in the coming weeks as the date gets closer. We hope you will come celebrate us, our vendor artists, neighbor shops on Shelby Street, and the newly opened around the corner.

After completing cancer treatment my client has started a detox process to cleanse her body. Today before we did a massage we did a 30 minute ionic foot detox. In about 2 minutes her water turned. I have never seen water turn that fast. This was a 30 minute session.

I know so many women love and appreciate this opportunity to come and have this day with other women and feel supported and cared for and safe. A beautiful day of pampering, learning, and celebrating! Lots of amazing free spa and beauty services, vendors, food, free swag, and everyone gets a very generous door prize. It's a truly inspiring and uplifting day for 120 patients and survivors! It means so very much that I get to be a part of this event and look forward for participating in it every chance I can. Thank you so much. You bring so much joy to so many.
