♾️ Infinite Love...The healing power of love is infinite.

We don’t have to make the Lionsgate complicated. I love a beautiful, intentional ritual—and when you have the time and space to create sacred moments for yourself, I encourage you to take them. There is something powerful about slowing down and tending to ourselves with intention.

And… life can be full and loud.

Sometimes we simply don’t have time for all the things. And on those days, a few moments of stillness and quiet to feel and hear can be more than enough.

And then after allowing what is asking for your attention to be felt and known - he can cultivate love.

Love does not force or demand. It is patient and gentle, yet incredibly powerful. We simply make space for it and allow love to do its work to infuse our self, a situation and the world.

So today, on a day associated with amplified energy, manifestation, infinite possibilities and potential, I’m simply practicing and cultivating more love. ♾️

And remember—you don’t have to wait for a special day or invitation.

If you’re reading this, perhaps this is your invitation to pause, breathe, feel, allow, and make a little more space for love, healing, and grace. 🤍

Today, I did something out of my comfort zone.

I set up a camera and came to my mat. It felt quite vulnerable when I pressed record, but quite quickly, after a few breaths, my mind let go, my body took the lead, and yoga took me to where it always does… back home.

There was no planned sequence. No theme other than presence. No intention other than to move a little slower than necessary so I could feel my whole being respond to the practice.

I didn’t worry about perfection. My shirt came untucked. My belly was exposed. I wasn’t concerned with how I looked or whether my alignment was precise. I lingered where I wanted, placing my hands on my body in ways that felt soft and soothing.

This 15-minute practice led me into a space of peace and, dare I say, a moment of bliss.

People often ask what my personal yoga practice looks like. The truth is, it changes. Over the past 20+ years, my body and my practice have taken many shapes and forms.

Yoga has been a teacher, a friend, a refuge, and a sacred space to come home to myself, to the Divine, to God and to my soul.

It has never judged me. It has never told me I wasn’t enough.

Instead, it greets me like an old friend each time I return, and it never ceases to amaze me—the transformation that happens whether I practice for 5 minutes or 5 hours.

This is not a post to encourage you to copy my flow or to give instruction on what you “should” or “shouldn’t” do. My hope is that it simply shares a glimpse into something I love and perhaps inspires you to do more of what you love too.

Carve out a few moments for something that brings you joy and connection, then notice how the rest of your day unfolds.

I have a feeling it might unfold with a little more peace, a little more joy, and perhaps even a touch of bliss in the most unexpected ways.

This is your invitation to pause and be become intimate with your breath.

This precious gift is always with you—free and available in every moment.

You are welcome to explore different rhythms and ratios. Notice where the breath naturally lands and how it responds when you bring your attention to it.

Your breath influences every cell in your body. It can help you...

awaken and settle,
expand and center,
strengthen and soften,
receive and release...
grow roots and wings.🪶

All with an inhale and exhale.
To me, that’s magic.
