IEP Therapy IEP Therapy works only with schools in providing special education services. We only provide services to schools!

IEP Therapy is a school-based therapy recruitment company employing speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, school psychologists, and other IEP professionals. As a therapist-owned and operated company, we know first-hand the support that is essential to delivering high-quality educational services to students and the schools. Our distinct approach to managing, supporting, and developing our team is by far our greatest strength. The therapy managers on staff provide consistent support through site visits, phone calls, and more to each one of our team members! IEP Therapy also offers a library of therapy materials, professional development opportunities, and a confidential online forum where team members can connect, collaborate, and brainstorm as a multidisciplinary team. ✨ Team Member Spotlight: Meet Michelle! ✨

This week, we're shining the spotlight on Michelle, one of our incredible SLPs at IEP Therapy! 💙

Michelle says her favorite part about working in the schools is the kids. From celebrating their progress throughout the year to hearing the stories they eagerly share each day, her students make every day rewarding.

One of her favorite therapy activities? 🎉 Bamboozle trivia games! She loves customizing the games to target each student's individual goals—and the best part is that her students are having so much fun, they often don't even realize how hard they're working!

When asked what she hopes every student knows, Michelle shared:
💛 "I hope my students know they are all special to me."

Michelle also appreciates the amazing support she receives at IEP Therapy, especially the knowledgeable, friendly supervisors who are always willing to help.

🌿 Fun Fact: Michelle raises Monarch butterflies every summer—and last year she raised Swallowtail butterflies, too!

When she's not at school, you'll likely find her enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family, reading, swimming, crocheting, or getting creative with a new craft.

This week, we're excited to shine the spotlight on Senobia, one of our amazing Registered Behavior Technicians! 💙

"IEP Therapy has made me feel welcomed and heard. They are easygoing and make sure you are successful."

Recess! Senobia loves using playtime as an opportunity to build connections and create meaningful learning moments with students while having fun.

"I hope my students know I have their best interests at heart, and it warms my heart seeing them progress."

🎓 Fun fact:
Senobia is a proud Southern Illinois University graduate (Go Salukis!) with a bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

We have an exciting resource to share! Easterseals Crossroads has partnered with the Indiana Department of Education to support their Assistive Technology (AT) Lending Library program! This program is called the ATLAS Project. In addition to loaning assistive technology, software and resource materials, they also offer Technical Assistance which includes equipment demonstrations, AT device support, consultations regarding student need, and workshops/trainings. What makes Heather so special is everything she does. Her hard work, flexibility, and easygoing personality make a difference every single day. She’s someone you can talk to about anything, and she creates an environment where everyone feels supported and valued.

Heather is the kind of leader who always has your back. Her stick-to-it attitude helps us find a way through every challenge that comes our way, and no matter what’s happening, she’s always ready to jump in and put out a fire. 🔥💪

Say hello to Claire, one of our amazing Occupational Therapists! 👋💙 Claire brings creativity, compassion, and a whole lot of energy to the students she serves every day.

🏫 Favorite part about working in the schools?
"Every day is different, and the kids are (usually 😄) happy to see you!"

🤝 Favorite part about working for IEP Therapy?
"The support I get from the team."

🎮 Favorite school activity?
Noodle Knockout! 🍜 A fine motor game that looks just like ramen noodles—though Claire admits it always makes her hungry!

Claire is passionate about fitness and completed her first half marathon last year! 🎉

🧵 When she's not helping students thrive...
Claire is a self-proclaimed hobby collector! She enjoys cross-stitch, crochet (a skill taught to her by her late grandmother ❤️), scrapbooking, and junk journaling. She also loves spending time outdoors—whether she's walking her dogs, birding, or finding new ways to stay active in nature. 🐦🐕🌿

Meet LaToya, one of the amazing Instructional Assistants at IEP Therapy! 🍎✨

What does she love most about working in schools?
Making a difference in students’ lives and ensuring that they know that they matter because they are our future. 💙

LaToya also loves joining students during their specials classes like art, gym, music, and story time — making learning fun, engaging, and memorable! 🎨🎶📚

One of her favorite things about working with IEP Therapy is the flexibility and support: “They allow you to choose where you work and they are always a phone call, email, or text away.” 🙌

Fun fact: LaToya is a proud mom of 4 sons and grandmother to 2 granddaughters! 👑 And when she’s not supporting students, she enjoys expressing herself through Spoken Word Poetry. 🎤✨

Meet Jennifer, one of our amazing School Psychologists at IEP Therapy 💙📚

Jennifer’s favorite part about working in schools is building connections with students and collaborating with incredible teams to help every learner thrive. She also loves the professional autonomy and flexibility that come with being part of the IEP Therapy family!

🧠 Favorite thing to teach:
Executive functioning skills! From whole-classroom strategies to individualized skill instruction, Jennifer is passionate about helping students build the tools they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
