Tendercare is committed to providing supportive care in the familiar setting of home, where families feel empowered and involved in their loved one's care journey. Family-owned and locally operated, Tendercare Home Health Services is one of the largest private home healthcare agencies in Indiana. We offer a wide range of services for both adults and children with complex medical needs. We have also found a niche in high-tech nursing cases, especially ventilator dependent cases and high tech pediatric cases. Since the majority of our nurses have intensive-care experience or other high-tech experience, filling this specialized home care need seemed a natural route for Tendercare to follow. Our staff possesses excellent assessment skills acquired from previous nursing experiences, that in addition to the on-going training Tendercare provides with ventilator classes and mandatory annual reviews of emergency procedures, makes for an effective staff, well equipped to handle most any situation.

Looking back on a wonderful evening supporting a cause close to our hearts! 💙👟

Tendercare was proud to once again sponsor the annual Silver Sneaker Benefit Ball, benefiting CHAMP Camp, Inc.!

Continuing a tradition that's become especially meaningful to our Tendercare family, Eric was the winning bidder on multiple auction items, including a beautiful hand-painted portrait of one of the campers, which he generously gifted back to her. 💙

We're grateful to be part of a community that comes together year after year to help create unforgettable experiences, friendships, and adventures for CHAMP Camp's incredible campers!

When a caregiver spends time with someone regularly, they get to know them in ways that matter.

They recognize changes in behavior or health. They learn personal preferences and help maintain familiar routines. They notice progress, even when it's gradual. For family members, having another person involved in their loved one's care can provide some much-needed breathing room.

These are all important parts of caregiving that don't always show up in a care plan.

We are honored to share that Tendercare Home Health was a recipient of the 2026 Ribbon of Hope Award! 💙

This past Saturday, we joined You're Worth Fighting 4 for their 10th Anniversary Brunch, where we were recognized for our commitment to compassion, community service, and supporting individuals and families facing life's challenges as they deal with their cancer diagnoses.

We are incredibly grateful for this recognition and to the anonymous individual who nominated us. What a special honor!

From creative trunks to adorable costumes, it was a great time all around!

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who decorated a trunk, volunteered, or came out to celebrate with us! We loved seeing our patients, staff, families, and community come together for such a fun evening. You all made this event one to remember. We’re already looking forward to next year! 💙
