⏱️🔥Dr. Meredith Provost is answering rapid-fire questions on male fertility — and her answers might surprise you.

This Men's Health Month, we want to normalize something that often gets overlooked: male factor infertility is involved in about 1 in 3 cases, yet it frequently goes unaddressed.

One of the most important first steps for any couple navigating fertility challenges is a semen analysis — a simple, non-invasive test that evaluates s***m count, motility, and morphology. It's one of the first things we recommend, because getting a complete picture from both partners early on helps us create the most effective path forward.

If you have questions about male fertility or where to start, our team is here.💜

"Do I need IVF, or could IUI work for me?" 💜

It's one of the first questions many patients ask — and the honest answer is: it depends. Your diagnosis, age, medical history, and goals all play a role in determining which path makes the most sense for you.

🌸Our latest blog breaks down the key differences between IUI and IVF, when each is typically recommended, and how treatment plans can evolve over time. Whether you're just starting out or weighing your next step, this one is worth a read: https://www.fertilityindy.com/blog/when-ivf-is-recommended-vs-iui-understanding-your-fertility-treatment-options

If your treatment protocol has ever changed mid-cycle, you're not alone — and it doesn't mean something is wrong. ❤️

Dr. Meredith Provost is breaking it down in this video and reminding us that a protocol adjustment is simply our team responding to your body in real time. Every person's journey is different, and your care should reflect that.

Your body is always giving us information — and we're always listening. 💫

The name changed. The condition didn't — but what this means for patients matters.

Earlier this month, PCOS was officially renamed PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome). Now that the initial wave of news has settled, here's what we want our patients to know 👇

✅ The old name implied it was all about cysts on the ovaries — it wasn't accurate

✅ PMOS better reflects that this is a complex hormonal and metabolic condition affecting the whole body

✅ This change was 14 years in the making, backed by 22,000 patients and professionals worldwide

✅ Your diagnosis, your care, and your team at IFI haven't changed — this is about better understanding and less stigma

If you've been living with PCOS — now PMOS — your experience is finally being named correctly. 💙
