Last Thursday was something special—a room filled with community leaders, advocates, friends, and Kaleos gathered for an honest conversation around addiction, healing, and hope.
Through raw stories from ‘The Addict’s Wake,’ powerful testimonies of transformation, and thoughtful discussion, we were reminded that addiction touches every corner of our communities—but so does compassion, support, and hope and redemption found in recovery.
A heartfelt thank you to the individuals and organizations who helped shape our Understanding Addiction event, and to the team who worked behind the scenes to bring the evening to life. It was truly an honor to introduce such inspiring speakers and voices.
Most of all, thank you to everyone who joined us. Your presence helped create an evening marked by honesty, encouragement, and hope.
