The muncie office last day was Thursday july 30, 2026. All muncie patients are welcome at the indy office going forward. Indy will be open Monday- Friday 800am-700pm and the 1st Saturday of the month from 900-500pm. The muncie contact info will stay the same for next 2 years, 317 648-5104. The Muncie office will conclude operations on Thursday, July 30, 2026.

Effective Monday, August 3, 2026, the Indianapolis office, located at 7515 West 96th Street, Zionsville, IN 46077, will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This adjusted schedule is designed to accommodate individuals who may have difficulty visiting the Indianapolis location during the weekdays.
