This week, we’re excited to spotlight Jessie, a wonderful member of our CFC South Indy scheduling team! 💙

Jessie has been with CFC for two years, although she says it feels like longer since she’s known the team for a few years beyond that! For her, being part of CFC has been a rewarding experience because of the teamwork, relationships, and genuine care that happen every day.

💙 Why does Jessie enjoy working with seniors?
“I’ve always enjoyed working with seniors because there is so much we can learn from them. Every client has their own story, personality, and life experiences, and I love getting to know them beyond just the care they need.”

One of Jessie’s favorite parts of working in scheduling is having the opportunity to connect with both our clients and our caregivers. She loves building relationships, listening, offering support, and simply being someone they can count on.

“Even in a scheduling role, I know I can make a difference in someone’s day and help make sure they feel supported and cared for.” ❤️

Meet Nicole, our HR Admin!

Nicole has been part of the CFC South Indy team since the very beginning, and we’re so lucky to have her!

One of Nicole’s favorite things about her role is getting to work with seniors. She loves hearing their stories—and all of the wild experiences they’ve had along the way! ❤️

When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Nicole shared:

"No two days are ever the same. There’s always something new and different happening each day, which keeps things interesting!"

Nicole also believes what truly sets CFC South Indy apart is our commitment to keeping care personal and person-centered.

Even as technology and AI continue to grow in our industry, there will always be a real person here to talk to—whether it’s about schedules, questions, concerns, or anything in between. Technology can be helpful, but nothing can replace the understanding, compassion, and connection that come from another human being.

That personal touch is at the heart of what we do. 💙
