With Oktoberfest season being just around the corner, what a better time to visit Heidelburg Haus! Residents enjoyed browsing the unique finds in the store and indulging in plenty of delicious German foods like homemade potato salad, fresh soft pretzels and bakery items like Black Forest Cake, all kinds of pastries, tortes, danishes, cookies, and more!

Special moments from our State Fair Happy Hour event. Featured was a Blue Ribbon Showcase—residents displayed items they had paid in the past—some examples were a beautiful wedding dress, a quilt made of neckties, paintings, 3-dimensional embroidery, dolls, clothes and more!! Of course, delicious fair foods were offered like homemade cotton candy, popcorn and lemon shake-ups. Live music from a violinist and fiddler, Noelle Tretick Gosling, a dunk tank, a balloon artist and so much more!
