Today, she walked into our office carrying the pants she once wore. Looking at them now, it's hard to believe they were ever her size.

But this journey isn't really about the pants.
It's about waking up with more energy. Feeling healthier. Believing in yourself again. Choosing not to give up, even when it was hard.
Every pound lost represents determination, courage, and a promise she made to herself to keep going.

The FIFA World Cup was so much fun while it lasted! Whether your team won or lost, it was an exciting tournament filled with unforgettable moments. From our balcony, we watched fans from all over the world walk by proudly wearing their team's colors and waving their flags. Their excitement was contagious and really got us into the World Cup spirit. Congratulations to Spain on an incredible victory and becoming World Cup champions! ⚽🏆🇪🇸
