Grief isn’t just an emotional journey, it lives in our bodies. That tight chest, those stiff shoulders, locked hips… That’s your body reminding you it is time for a reset. The exact moment you need to release out of a prolonged stress response and ground yourself.
Massage can be just the compassionate touch you need to address not just the physical balance of the body, but to help your soul heal.
This session was so special and so incredibly meaningful ✨ What an honor to be a part of this healing journey and guide this healing experience to the sound of the ocean ✨

Being able to slow down the mind and surrender to stillness is an art. You will find harmony and inner peace once you allow yourself the space to just be present in this journey 🙌🏻 Self care is a ritual.
Listen to the body.

I rarely get action shots, and I’m so glad my client’s better half took a few candid pictures of our session and sent thm to me.
*Nothing* beats a massage just steps away from the ocean. Especially in the fall! This was pure perfection. I wasn’t planning on an outdoor session but didn’t skip a beat when she said she’d love to set up on the deck. Excuse the stones wrapped in the corner of my sheets, it was a windy day 😆🙈

Corporate massage can feel so much better than chair massages 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This one title company had some proper pampering and a real employee appreciation day - table sessions, aroma therapy, stones and hot towels included 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♂️👑

Another wonderful birthday celebration in-home massage on How lucky am I to be included in such meaningful events and giving my clients the relaxation and bodywork they need to feel their best on their big day?
On a side note.. I’m really glad this there was an elevator so I didn’t have to climb up the stairs. I don’t skip leg days, but I have my doubts about bringing 50lbs of gear up to the 3rd floor 😅
