If you're looking for a yoga class that increases mobility and flexibility, works on balance and strength, and gives you calm energy in only 30 minutes, this class is for you.

It's a gentle movement class to start your day. Whether you're a beginner, returning to yoga after time away, or a regular practitioner looking for a joint-friendly class suitable for older or less flexible bodies, I'd love for you to join.

The four classes in this series are: May 6, May 13, May 20 & May 27, 2026. 8-8:30am EDT Wednesday yoga classes LIVE on Zoom.

Our Tuesday yoga class series is a 30-minute class that will warm and open our bodies, improve mobility, and work on balance and strength. You'll feel calm, energized, and ready for your day.

We meet each Tuesday morning in May from 9-9:30am EDT Live on Zoom. The dates are May 5, May 12, May 19, and May 26.

Props: A mat, a strap, and two blocks are recommended. A blanket is recommended for padding knees and a chair or wall for balancing poses.

I will send you the Zoom link each morning before class starts.
