I certainly could never stand on my head. I then knew what asana {posture} practice would teach me.

Coreene received her certification in the Iyengar tradition in 2014 and she continues regular study under the guidance of Senior teachers Mary Reilly {North Woods Yoga} and Sue Salaniuk {The Yoga Space}

My apologies but I am not going to make it to Interlochen tonight and I have to cancel class. I woke up with a bad bout of vertigo, a headache, and nausea today. I haven’t had this in a while and I’m not sure what brought it on. Ugh. Sorry.

Join me starting Thursday April 16th at the Interlochen Center for the Arts Community Center from 6-7pm for a Restorative Iyengar Class! Your first class is only $5.
