So thankful for growth and how patient the Father is with us!!!

Today felt like such a sweet milestone for Alpha Omega Remedies of Grace. I wrote my very first employee check for subcontracted work, and my heart is full seeing this vision grow in God’s timing.

Yesterday I interviewed a wonderful doula whose spirit, compassion, and calling aligned so beautifully. It’s amazing watching the Lord knit together the right people for this work.

Here’s to new beginnings, steady growth, and serving families with excellence and grace. Thank you for tagging along.

You may have noticed our new logo appearing on our pages and materials.

Alpha Omega Remedies of Grace hasn’t gone anywhere, we’ve simply been in a season of rebranding as the Lord continues to grow and refine the direction of this ministry.

A few things have taken longer than expected (websites always do), but everything should now be officially refreshed. You may still see our old logo every now and again, but mostly it’s been updated.

The heart of this work remains the same: Christ-centered, whole-person care for our community. The flow has deepened, the vision has matured, and the identity of this ministry has expanded in ways only He could orchestrate.

I do not always triple my drinks before work, but this morning it was needed lol. And not often though I do love the mango protein refresher at Dunkin and I just tried tampedcoffeecowv blueberry bliss and oh my!!!!

Celebrating three sweet summer birthdays from our doula hearts to yours!

Two lovely girls, one precious boy, and one of those girls, an unforgettable little lady who arrived right in the middle of a storm, only for the sky to break open with fireworks moments after her birth. Her “250th birthday” will forever be one of my favorite stories.

Happy Birthday, little ones. You are joy, you are purpose, and you are deeply loved. What an honor it was to help welcome you earthside.

We have some fall and winter birth/postpartum service openings available and are also beefing up our doula team with another interview next week!

Nobody likes to hear this part...
but most moms who think they "didn't make enough milk" just didn't have proper support for breastfeeding.

Real, physiological low supply is VERY uncommon... only 1-5% of moms *truly* can't produce enough milk regardless of how well baby feeds (mastectomy, low glandular tissue, hypothyroidism are the most common culprits).

You can't take lip + tongue ties, slap some lactation cookies on top and expect to succeed. 😅

Period.

For success, babies need to be close, not swaddled, lip + tongue ties addressed, body work to release tension, AND freedom to nurse freely (yes, even those every 20 minute cluster feeds during growth spurts).

The system tries to measure every ounce when your milk literally changes hour by hour to the perfect consistency your baby needs.

** That's why formula-fed babies constantly go up in ounces while BF babies stay around 4 ounces! 😉

If your baby is gaining and having enough diapers, they're getting enough.

If they aren't, see an IBCLC (NOT Joe Shmoe lactation lady).

Breastfeeding didn't suddenly get harder in the last 50 years. What got harder is the amount of garbage advice moms get the second they try to feed a baby.

Your body is perfect.
Your baby knows what to do.
Trust the process.
