Every student deserves to feel seen, supported, and connected at school. đź’›

Relationship mapping is one strategy schools can use to help ensure students do not fall through the cracks. By identifying which students may not yet have a strong connection with an adult at school, educators and school teams can be more intentional about building relationships that support student well-being, attendance, and learning.

Educators spend so much time supporting others. As the school year approaches, this is your reminder to offer that same kindness to yourself. đź’›

In our blog, “Be Kinder to Yourself: The Power of Practicing Self-Compassion for Educators,” Director of Professional Development Kari Vogelgesang shares how self-compassion can help educators move through the stress, guilt, uncertainty, and transitions that often come with a new school year.

The village does not rebuild itself. đź’›

Director of Professional Development, Kari Vogelgesang reflects on why belonging matters for school mental health — and how small, everyday acts of connection can help rebuild the “village” around students in the latest blog.
