The AT Compact has reached double digits!
The AT Compact legislation has now been enacted in ten states: Alabama, Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, South Dakota & Virginia. Ohio & Pennsylvania are currently working to pass the AT Compact legislation. The CSG & BOC have been in contact with several states exploring compact legislation in 2027.
