Fantasy Aerobics Fantasy Aerobics events combine dance, play, art, and music in a spirit of whimsy! This event is free and open to all ages and fitness levels.

Come join us for a free, fun, and silly aerobics event celebrating the Surreal spirit! Fantasy Aerobics uses a variety of fantasy, anime, and inspirational cartoonish music to promote fitness through no-judgement, whimsy-inspired dance. Demonstration of basic aerobic-inspired dance moves will be provided. Please wear costumes! Safety guidelines:
This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. W

e encourage participants to listen to their bodies and take breaks as needed. Water will be provided on-site, but please bring your own water bottle.
