Please welcome Dr. Chase Hill, PT, DPT to Vertex! Chase is now seeing patients at our Cayce location.

Chase grew up in Williamston, SC, where he was actively involved in sports and outdoor activities from a young age. He attended the University of South Carolina, earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Following his time in Columbia, Chase went on to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Anderson University, graduating in 2024.

Chase enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds and with a variety of diagnoses. He is especially passionate about helping patients who are motivated to return to their previous level of function and activity. He values the process of getting to know each patient, understanding what motivates them, and developing an individualized approach to help them achieve their goals.

Outside of physical therapy, Chase enjoys spending time with family and friends. He can often be found trying new restaurants, attending Gamecock games, or spending time on the golf course.

🎉 Meet Hannah, our new Cayce Front Desk Coordinator!

Hannah grew up in Chapin, SC, and earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.

She brings a wide range of experience in fitness and performance, including group and personal training, Division I collegiate strength and conditioning, and exercise oncology research through USC’s Exercise Oncology Lab.

Hannah also owns her own personal training and athletic performance business, where she focuses on endurance and hybrid training.

She is passionate about helping people push their limits, build confidence, and discover what their bodies are capable of.

We’re excited to have Hannah joining the Vertex team!

David James' clinical rotations gave him experience in hospital, rehabilitation and private practice settings. One of them -- Vertex PT Specialists - offered him a position in home health following his graduation.

This morning, Dr. Katie Bailey had the opportunity to speak with pregnant and postpartum women participating in the P3T program at Fort Jackson.

Katie discussed the physical changes that occur throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery, as well as how pelvic floor physical therapy can help women navigate each stage with greater confidence and support.

“I love getting to educate and empower women to better understand their bodies and feel confident in their recovery!”

We’re proud of Katie for sharing her expertise and supporting women throughout our community.

They are researching the impact of off-season conditioning on markers of ankle instability in Division I women’s basketball players.
