I found that with summer here finally, I am picking and choosing my routines. I really am enjoying my vibration plate. I’m doing that several times a week. It only takes 10 minutes, I wear my red light face mask because that’s also supposed to be done for 10 minutes at a time and I do an upper body workout while I’m on the vibration plate.  I’m not doing much for meditation and journaling. However, I do enjoy my mornings on the back porch with the fire table, birds singing, dogs & hot coffee (and quite often mosquitoes…)
Housework tends to take a backseat. Ha ha don’t come over unannounced!
Summertime is so short here! I love to soak up as much as I possibly can! Lake days & lake nights are my jam!!
What is your favorite summertime activity?
