I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Martinie and Dr Parra Davila for the invitation to speak at the SRS Annual Meeting representing City of Hope. It was one of the most impressive meetings I’ve attended—packed with cutting-edge technology, outstanding presentations, and thought-provoking discussions.

What made it truly special, however, were the people. It was wonderful to reconnect with old friends, finally meet colleagues I’ve known for years but had never met in person, and make many new friends from around the world.

Thank you to everyone who made this meeting unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

One thing is certain: the future of surgery is unlike anything we could have imagined. It’s both exciting and a little scary—but there’s no doubt the robots are coming. The best part is that we get to help shape what comes next.

I had a wonderful time in Luxembourg representing cityofhope and presenting on the Uncinate Lift Technique in robotic whipple.

It was a great opportunity to explore this beautiful country, reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and engage with outstanding colleagues from around the world. The discussions, exchange of ideas, and shared passion for innovation made this an incredibly rewarding experience.

My sincere thanks to The Global Robotic Surgery Society TROGGS for organizing such an excellent meeting and for the invitation to participate and chair the HPB session. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn, share experiences, and contribute to the advancement of robotic surgery.

Looking forward to future collaborations and continued innovation in our field.

Spent the day with Dr. Schultzel, a phenomenal surgeon, learning and exploring the capabilities of Intuitive Single Port robotic platform. Grateful for the opportunity to keep growing, exchanging ideas, and pushing the boundaries of minimally invasive surgery.
