IMOC Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! I’ve had the privilege of training at both the Irvine and Huntington Beach locations, and they are equally incredible. The energy, the environment, and most importantly, the coaches make this place truly special.The dedication and passion of the coaching staff are unmatched. They genuinely care about each person’s fitness journey and are committed to helping people succeed. Edgar is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, and it shows in the way he trains and motivates others.I’ve witnessed so many success stories here—myself included! IMOC Fitness isn’t just a gym; it’s a community that supports, encourages, and pushes you to be your best. I’m a true believer in IMOC Fitness! I’ve been coming to every class since the soft opening and I could not be more of a believer of the coach’s expertise and my body’s transformation. They are trained to help with fitness and rehabilitation training. Two very big differences and I came to IMOC Fitness with a back injury and in every class they helped me to modify the movements to strengthen the specifics of my back injury. I am three months in and my lower back pain has decreased, and I have not thrown my back out. I’m stronger than ever. If you’re looking for experts to assist with rehabilitation and fitness, this is the place!

Love the small group classes! Edgar is an amazing trainer. Knowing that their background comes from a physical therapy foundation where they have been helping people recover from prior injuries is so reassuring. I feel pushed to work hard, without the fear of injury. Love the emphasis on functional strength to benefit overall health and well-being. Highly recommend!

I love the personalization of the semi-private training. There are three generations of women in my workout group but Chris and Edgar manage to keep us all challenged and getting stronger week after week. The workouts are never easy and constantly change, keeping our muscles “on their toes”.
