How We Survived Infertility Together ?

Before we had our son and daughter, we spent years wondering if we would ever become parents.

Infertility brought tears, heartbreak, fear, and uncertainty. There were days when hope felt far away.

What carried us through wasn’t a perfect marriage.

It was patience.
It was kindness.
It was faith.
It was choosing each other again and again, even on the hardest days.

Today, we look at our children and feel grateful for every step of the journey.

If you are still waiting for your miracle, please don’t lose hope. We were once where you are.

And sometimes, the most beautiful stories take the longest to write.

Why can PCOS/PMOS make it harder to get pregnant?

Many women are surprised to learn that PCOS/PMOS is not simply an “ovarian problem.” It is a hormonal and metabolic condition that can affect ovulation, insulin, inflammation, and fertility.

Common reasons include:
✨ Irregular or absent ovulation
✨ Hormone imbalance and higher testosterone
✨ Insulin resistance
✨ Inflammation and weight changes
✨ Changes that may make implantation more difficult

But please hear this: PCOS/PMOS does NOT mean pregnancy is impossible.

With education, support, healthy lifestyle changes, and the right medical care, many women with PCOS/PMOS go on to have beautiful healthy pregnancies. There is hope.

I am here to educate, support, and walk this journey with you.
