Some issues simply can’t wait until your primary care doctor can see you, but many medical situations do not require an emergency room visit or the associated wait time and expense. “From the time I walked in, I was greeted by name by the front office receptionist, Krizelle. She was very kind and professional. After she assisted me with registration, my wait was less than five minutes. Stephanie, the PA, was incredibly pleasant and efficient. She explained everything in a concise and easy manner so that I completely understood what she was going to do. Steve, the X-ray tech/back office assistant, was also very efficient and pleasant.”

💧Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially if you're spending time outdoors, exercising, or enjoying the beach.

🚨Signs of dehydration can include headaches, dizziness, fatigue, and dry mouth.

Keep a water bottle nearby, take breaks from the heat, and listen to your body.
