Come flow with Andreaā€”one of our longest-standing teachers at Yoga Shakti!šŸ¤

Andrea began her Iyengar yoga journey in 2002 as a way to find calm and balance while working in a high-stress corporate environment. Over time, she not only experienced the physical benefits of yoga but also its powerful effects on the mind. She became a certified teacher in 2010 and completed her 500-hour training in 2012.

Andrea is passionate about sharing yoga with students of all ages and abilities, and she especially loves teaching prenatal yogaā€”a passion inspired by her own transformative experience during pregnancy. Sheā€™s also brought yoga to the next generation through kids classes.

Andrea brings heart, knowledge, and a nurturing energy to every class. Come experience her joyful and grounded approach to yoga!
