Hi everyone — I'm hosting a small in-person workshop here in Zephyrhills, Florida on July 21st called Break the Chain, and I wanted to share it here since it's local and small enough that word of mouth actually matters more than ads.
It's a hands-on session using color, water, and some simple guided techniques (a method called Neurographica) to help release old fears, limiting beliefs, and family patterns — the stuff we inherit and carry without really choosing to. No retelling your story, no reliving anything. Just a focused, calm process for letting some of it go.

As we arrive at the final day of this 7-day gratitude journey, today is about turning inward —
and honoring the one person who has walked through every moment of it:

Some people stay for years.
Some stay for a season.
Some appear for only a moment… yet something inside us shifts forever.

Today’s reflection is about honoring *all* of those connections —
the ones who brought joy,
the ones who supported you,
and the ones who carried lessons you didn’t always recognize at the time.

Think about today…
And then look back over this past year:

✨ Who added warmth, kindness, or laughter?
✨ Who supported you in small, quiet ways?
