Personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) delivered by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ( ) can create a powerful, measurable impact on diabetes management. By tailoring nutrition strategies to an individual’s eating patterns, lifestyle, medications, culture, preferences, and glucose trends, personalized MNT can help substantially improve blood glucose control and increase Time in Range (TIR)—in this case, from 39% to 74%. This represents a remarkable 35-percentage-point improvement, meaning significantly more time spent within the target glucose range and less exposure to potentially harmful highs and lows. It highlights the value of partnering with an RDN for individualized, evidence-based nutrition care and demonstrates that personalized MNT can translate nutrition science into meaningful, real-world improvements in glycemic outcomes and quality of life.

Today Irvine Unified School District kicked off the 2026-27 Academic year.
This is the first time, we did not go to the IUSD school and it felt weird, sad 😔

A***n graduated in June 2022 after 11 years (2nd-12th grade). Stonegate Elementary, Santiago Hills (APAAS), Jeffery Trails Middle School and Portola High School-Thank you for helping A***n develop, grow, learn and thrive both academically and athletically.

Abhi graduated in June 2026 after 13 years (K-12th). Santiago Hills Elementary, Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School -Thank you for helping Abhi to develop, grow, learn and thrive both academically and athletically as well.

We are so grateful to each teacher, coach, staff who shaped them.

Both boys are now ready to spread their wings outside IUSD and Irvine. Please bless them.
