📢 Office Closure Notice

Our office will be closed July 15–19, 2026.

📣Please help us welcome our newest provider to the Irvine office!

Miranda Tolson, MSN, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC is a lifelong resident of Estill County and a proud graduate of Estill County High School (Class of 2006). She is honored to serve the community she has always called home.

Miranda has been a registered nurse for more than 16 years, with experience in oncology, case management, travel nursing, and emergency medicine. Most recently, she worked in the emergency department at Mercy Health Marcum & Wallace Hospital, where she cared for patients during times of crisis and witnessed firsthand the growing need for accessible mental health services in rural communities.

She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Morehead State University in 2010, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2026, specializing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Miranda is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care and is proud to bring these services closer to home. She looks forward to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals and families throughout Estill County and the surrounding region.

📢 Now Hiring: Full-Time RMA/CMA (Registered/Certified Medical Assistant)

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team full-time.

🩺 Responsibilities:
Room patients and obtain vital signs
Assist providers during examinations and procedures
Administer injections and medications as directed
Update and maintain patient records (EMR)
Perform basic lab procedures and specimen collection
Provide excellent patient care and support

✅ Qualifications:
Current RMA or CMA certification required
Previous clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus

⏰ Schedule:
Full-time (Monday–Friday, may vary depending on clinic needs. No weekends or holidays.)
