Shanna is warm, funny, generous, and genuinely cares about people, but she also notices everything. If a detail is wrong, a sentence doesn’t make sense, or you somehow replace a dog with a dock three times, she will absolutely call it out.

She has a big heart, strong instincts, and very little patience for unnecessary nonsense. She’ll go above and beyond for the people she loves, advocate fiercely when something isn’t right, and keep refining an idea until it finally feels right, not just “good enough.”

She’s creative, particular in the best way, and always juggling about twelve things at once: her family, Mollycoddlers, cat sitting, home projects, future plans, and probably an Instagram graphic that needs slightly fewer flowers.

So come prepared to be honest, pay attention to the details, and don’t mistake her kindness for softness. If she likes you, though, you’ll feel it and she’ll probably help you solve a problem you didn’t even realize you had.

A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, dependable nanny to provide loving care for their infant two weekdays per week. They are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with babies and will provide attentive, nurturing care while encouraging healthy growth and development.

Schedule
• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday; set schedule to be determined with the nanny and family)
• Occasional evening or overnight care may be requested in the future with advance notice

Responsibilities
• Provide loving, attentive care for an infant
• Follow established feeding, nap, and daily routines
• Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Keep the nursery and baby-related areas tidy and organized
• Wash bottles, baby dishes, and baby laundry as needed
• Communicate with parents about the baby’s day and milestones

Qualifications
• Previous professional infant care experience required. 5+ years experience with a minimum of 1 year as a nanny
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Excellent references
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Non-smoker
• Dependable, patient, nurturing, and proactive
