Patients do not always leave things out because they forgot or do not know.

Sometimes they leave things out because previous experiences have taught them to be cautious about what they share.

Maybe they believe the detail is not relevant. Maybe they worry it will be dismissed. Maybe there simply was not enough time or trust for the full story to come out.

In healthcare, we sometimes call patients โ€œpoor historiansโ€ when important information is missing.

But sometimes the history was there.

The environment just did not make it easy to share.

Many clinics refer vascular ultrasound exams out because they do not have the equipment, staffing, or volume to support in-house imaging.

HemoPhonics Imaging is piloting a patient-pay Ultrasound Access Program designed to bring scheduled ultrasound days directly into qualified clinic settings.

The model is simple:

Clinics provide space and appropriate referrals.

We coordinate scheduling, workflow, and exam-day support.

If your clinic frequently refer out exams such as:

โ€ข AAA ultrasound
โ€ข ABI / toe pressures
โ€ข Venous studies
โ€ข Follow-up DVT surveillance

No equipment purchase.
No sonographer hiring.
