Eating Healthy… But Still Bloated??

Taking calcium… but still worried about your bones?

So many women in peri- and postmenopause are told to take more calcium.
But bone health is about more than just calcium alone.

That “healthy” breakfast may be spiking your blood sugar more than helping it.

Orange juice, smoothies, and fruit-only breakfasts can overload the body with sugar first thing in the morning — especially without enough fiber, fat, or protein to balance it.

A better approach?
Choose whole fruits like berries, kiwi, or papaya, and pair them with chia seeds, nuts, nut butter, or yogurt.

Don’t drink your breakfast. Eat it whole — the Back2Basics way.

I see this so often with women in their 40s…

You’re trying to do everything right - eating better, moving more —
and yet your body just isn’t responding the way it used to.
It’s frustrating. It’s confusing. And honestly, it can feel defeating.
