💼 Client: Urology Practice

Are you experienced in prior authorizations and enjoy helping patients? Join Vital Virtuals and become part of a growing team supporting healthcare providers in the United States!

✨ Responsibilities:
✅ Process and follow up on prior authorization requests
✅ Confirm patient appointments
✅ Communicate with patients professionally over the phone
✅ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Qualifications:
✔️ Experience with prior authorizations is highly preferred
✔️ Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone
✔️ Willing to use time-tracking software during working hours
✔️ Willing to work through a HIPAA-compliant secure virtual desktop
✔️ Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 $5.00/hour for the first 90 days
📈 Increases to $6.00/hour after successful completion of the probationary period
🏥 HMO benefit after 6 months with the client
💸 Paid via Wise
📅 First payout after two weeks, then biweekly every other Monday before 7:00 AM (Manila Time)

✔ Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
