This young patient came to us after trauma to the maxillary incisor, fracture, displacement, and a moment that could have impacted his confidence for years to come.

After years of dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment, we had the privilege of celebrating Lynne’s retirement today.

Lynne has been more than a team member at Rodeo Dental, she has been a steady hand, a trusted voice, and has set the gold standard in compliance. The kind of professional who shows up every single day, even Sundays, with integrity, heart, and excellence. The kind of person who makes an organization stronger without ever asking for recognition.

In a growing organization, systems matter. Strategy matters. But people like Lynne matter most.

She helped build culture. She supported teams through change. She carried responsibility with grace. And she left a lasting fingerprint on everyone who had the opportunity to work alongside her.

Recently I shared a video about how burnout usually isn’t from working hard. Most of us dentists are great at that. It’s from not prioritizing what really matters in our lives.

For me, I get so much energy and love from personally visiting our practices and supporting the doctors here at Rodeo Dental. But even more than that, I recharge by spending time with my family.

I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to fly back to Irvine, California this weekend with my wife and kids to spend time with my parents. That’s what keeps me grounded. That’s what fills my cup.

Having his younger brother, Dr. Adel, here all the way from Maine made this moment even more special, reminding us of the lasting legacy Dr. Hakim leaves behind. He will forever be in our hearts. ❤️
