If there’s one framework we wish every med spa owner knew, it’s this one. Too often, we see owners looking at a number that isn’t where they want it to be and immediately jumping to conclusions.

“My front desk isn’t doing their job.”
“We need more leads.”
“My providers aren’t selling.”

But before you blame people, ask yourself:
➡️ What’s the KPM (system)?
➡️ What’s the KPI (measurement)?
➡️ What’s the KPA (action)?

Every KPI is the result of a system — and every system is driven by consistent actions.

When you start coaching your team this way, the conversation shifts from blame to solutions.
